Files

Tools marked "Private" process files in your browser; the file never reaches our server. Cloud HD and AI tools send the file or its text to our server and to the processing provider (ConvertAPI or Google Gemini) only to complete your request; temporary copies are deleted immediately after.

Account data

We store your name, email, a secure hash of your password (never the password itself), your plan, credits and the history of tools you used.

Logs

For security and statistics we log visits (IP address, browser, device, page) and important account actions (sign-ups, logins, tools used). To stop fake accounts and fraud, we may look up the approximate location (city) and network type of an IP address, and whether it is a VPN. We never sell this information. Visit logs are deleted automatically after 90 days.

Payments

For bKash/Nagad/Rocket payments we store the sender number and Transaction ID you submit, only to verify the payment.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in and small preferences (language, theme). No advertising trackers.
